SUMMARY:Workshop on the philosophical dimensions of aesthetic theories (for
  two days)
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we will present a historical and philosophic
 al presentation of the most important theories in the philosophy of art fro
 m Plato to Bergson. Our interest here is to understand the deep philosophic
 al dimensions of these theories in terms of their epistemological and metap
 hysical origins. We will also be interested in the practical side of these 
 theories in terms of applying them to art criticism\, where we review how i
 t can be Applying these theories to art in general and to contemporary art 
 in particular. In this workshop\, we aspire to empower the trainee with the
  philosophy of art and its most important theories\, as well as training in
  art criticism and applying the mechanisms of aesthetic visions to art in g
 eneral. We are also interested in opening several windows to absorb and app
 reciate the arts in its various forms.\n\nWorkshop topics:\n- What is the p
