DescriptionSummary: CHRISTUS Health is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Jacksonville, Texas. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity, and the Anesthesia Department operates on an independent CRNA model, providing a cohesive and collaborative approach. Cases encompass a variety, including pain, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics. The model excludes OB, trauma, hearts, or neuro cases, with a focus on allowing providers to learn and perform their regional anesthetics. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia in an all-CRNA model without the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Perform a variety of cases, including pain management, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics. Utilize new anesthesia equipment such as Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and computerized EPIC charting. Opportunity to learn and perform own regional anesthetics. Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay with guaranteed scheduled premium hours. Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek. Shift Differential Pay for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
