They also have a wonderful staff and a fun atmosphere to work in! The office has a busy patient base already developed and they have a lot of patients.

The office is mostly PPOs and the rest fee for service. They collect over 99% of what they produce and have lots of patients. The office has paperless charting and digital x-rays, as well as modern equipment. A dentist has full autonomy to perform whichever procedures he or she likes. Wonderful mentoring available as well, therefore new grads would be considered.

They have an excellent staff to support the dentist. The dentist can offer excellent mentoring and collaboration if needed.

A a full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn over 200K to 300K per year depending on experience and procedures performed. They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and or % of collections, and more.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:

Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Full clinical autonomy.
Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
