We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable office that is seeking a dentist. The office is averaging 5 stars out of over 140 online reviews. The dentist has been in the community for over 20 years and has many long term patients.

The office is approximately 80% fee for service and 20% PPOs. The office has state of the art equipment including Cone Beam, intra oral cameras, wireless endo system, nomads and implant equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of 23 assistants and 6 hygienists, to help support their dentists.

General restorative procedures is all that is required. If dentist is proficient in more advanced procedures or would like to learn those, that is a plus but it is not required. There is amazing mentoring and collaboration opportunity with the dentist.

They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and percentage of collections. They also offer health, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K plan and CE. An experienced and full time dentist can expect to earn between 175K and 300K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed.
There is ownership potential without capital investment in the future if interested.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
