Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Sherman Oaks, California. This is a long-term contract position that involves managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates with relevant experience. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies. - Source candidates for a variety of roles, including teachers, occupational therapists, and speech/language therapists, through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. - Manage and update applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping. - Facilitate candidate onboarding by coordinating pre-employment requirements and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Negotiate compensation packages with candidates in alignment with company guidelines and market standards. - Provide a high level of customer service to both internal employees and external candidates throughout the hiring process. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies. - Collaborate with the HR team to support broader organizational goals and initiatives. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency setting. - Proficiency in using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems; experience with Workforce Now is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment and talent acquisition. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. - Demonstrated ability to source talent through creative and innovative methods. - Familiarity with hiring for specialized roles such as teachers and therapists is a plus. - High level of attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service.
