**Responsibilities**
**Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area.
**Highlights**
+ Very competitive sign-on bonus of up to 125k or 100k loan repayment/85k sign on
+ Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians
+ Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA
+ Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center
+ 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology
+ Experience/interest in high-risk OB is preferred
+ Robotics available, though not required
+ Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits
+ Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals
+ Compensation Range: $350,000 - $355,000 / Year
**Qualifications**
+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license
+ Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
**Patient Care:**
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
**Communication:**
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Provide clear and concise medical information.
Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
**Documentation:**
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
**Diagnostic Procedures:**
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
Perform procedures as needed
Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
**Team Collaboration:**
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
**Quality Improvement:**
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
**Compliance:**
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
**Continuous Learning:**
Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. **Pay Range**
$168.26 - $175.48 /hour
