The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering requirements, refining the product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and providing support to the core team and stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of client experience, identifying product gaps, generating new ideas, and driving product launches.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritize product and client requirements.
- Refine the product vision as required.
- Ensure the product supports the organization's overall strategy and goals.
- Provide support to the core team and key stakeholders.
- Identify and fill product gaps.
- Generate new ideas that grow market share.
- Improve client experience and support business process improvements.
- Onboard new clients and manage existing client needs.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on organization and client impact.
- Work closely with the core team to complete deliverables with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Drive product launches.
- Evaluate client on-boarding plans.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Represent the team by engaging clients to solicit feedback.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and justification.
- Work with diverse parties to assess partnerships and client opportunities.
- Run beta and pilot programs.

- Experience managing and implementing a payment solution.
- Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
