This Project Analyst position supports a large-scale Medicaid system modernization project. The role involves acting as a liaison between the internal team and multiple vendors, coordinating communication, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The position requires strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills, as well as experience with multi-vendor projects and SharePoint administration. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:
- Liaison between internal team and multiple vendors.
- Coordinate communication related to project deliverables, performance reviews, and meetings.
- Manage project assets, communications, and track items to completion.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and document repositories.
- Produce status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Track issues and action items.
- Perform quality assessments on internal division artifacts and functions.
- Oversee the department's deliverable management program.
- Ensure vendors fulfill contractual requirements.
- Facilitate MES team meetings and manage social activities.
- Translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Support the Program Office with SharePoint administration and process alignment.
- Identify and address project risks and issues.
- Perform standard project functions.
- Understand multiple project methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst or assisting Project Managers.
- 1-2 years of experience with multi-vendor projects.
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer.
- Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including MS Project and SharePoint.
- 1-2 years' experience in establishing, managing, and organizing SharePoint sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, IT Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and management processes for multi-module platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Proficient in understanding contracts and ensuring vendors are fulfilling requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Medicaid or major healthcare payer.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build team rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

- Exceptional research and reporting skills.
