Our client, a leading innovator in semiconductor technologies for high-voltage power conversion, is seeking a seasoned Customer Quality Manager who thrives on collaboration, drives results, and knows how to lead confidently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the primary quality contact for customers—build trust, lead conversations, and deliver excellence.

  • Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering high standards and accountability.

  • Use 8D methodology to lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.

  • Partner with engineering, test, and sales teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations

  • Handle audits, change notifications, and product qualification processes

  • Travel globally as needed to strengthen customer relationships

What You Bring:

  • A BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field

  • 10+ years in customer quality within the semiconductor space

  • Strong expertise in 8D, customer-facing quality systems, and issue resolution

  • Direct experience supporting customer quality programs and audits

  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes

  • Exceptional communication and technical writing skills

  • Mandarin language fluency is a huge plus, but not required

  • Comfortable with international travel
